Whether you're a resident, leaseholder or tenant, welcome to Riverscape, and the Royal Wharf community.
The Royal Wharf development has changed significantly since the first completions back in 2017, as has the local Royal Docks area. What once was an area of disused wharves is now a growing residential community starting to flourish.
Back in 2018, a group of like-minded residents and leaseholders established an independent Residents' Association (RA) to help foster a community, to be an advocate for residents and leaseholders, to push for value for money for the service charge, and to make Royal Wharf and Riverscape the best place to live it can be.
Since then, the Residents' Association has grown to over 1,650 residents and leaseholders at Royal Wharf and Riverscape.
With the support of leaseholders and residents, the RA's achieved a lot. But there's still lots more to do. By joining the RA (for free!) you can support the RA in its aims, keep up to date with the latest issues the RA is working on, and join us at several social events throughout the year.
With the completion of Riverscape, we're also keen to have more representatives from Riverscape on the Residents' Association's Committee. It can be a manageable time commitment (the Committee meets every two months, and we have monthly meetings with the on-site management team).
If you're keen to get involved to help grow and improve our community, please get in touch.
